Aquaguard magna hd ro + uv + mineral cartridge + biotron 1 17, 490 9/26/2016 2:49:12 pm Total amount (Inclusive all) 17, 490 Employees names: vijay and rakesh mobile: +91 [protected] Employee code: 9076761 Attached is the bill of the purchase. Employee code is mentioned in the purchase. These guys ensured that they meet their targets and appraisals by selling products but nobody knows how much customer has to suffer. Here is my story. I was told that i will get: 1. Same day installation - it actually took 3 days to complete installation - i had to call them several times (Cost me my phone bill), as they went escaping and it was me who actually made it happen in 3 days otherwise i dont know how much time it would have taken. 2. Life time free service - they told they will give lifetime free service (No visiting charges), and even after installation on 29-sep-2016, till date i havent received warranty card of life time free service. I was told by vijay he will come back after 2 days and provide life time free service warranty card. Even after making several calls i havent received till now. 3. Rs 875 discount amount - they told they will give rs 875 discount amount, till date i havent received discount amount. I was told by vijay he will come back after 2 days and — provide discount amount along with life time free service warranty card. Even after making several calls i havent received till now. This has been ordeal for me and my old parents. I was there at the time of installation. I got the installation done by following up with these guys. Now i am not there at my home. My retired father has to make calls to these fraud employees of yours daily. He even visited their office. They are making false promises as before. My point is even if i had gone without them (Straight from your website), i would have got better service and no false promises. I believe this is not the tata service for which tata is known for. Even i am current tata employee, and this is not what i expected. I didnt think much before purchasing from them since i had the trust of tata. I request all the issues to be settled and my phone bills and the painful experience to be reimbursed.
