I bought AMC for 2years against my Aquagaurd Dr Magna and was promised a free gift from their side. I chose the Electric Kettle and flask among the options given to me and paid Rs. 11450 to Mr Salim (technician, Rajajipuram Lucknow branch) on 29th June.
Initially I was told to register on a website with my phone no. but the registration failed as it showed my no. not registered. On contacting about the same to the technician who sold me this AMC, he told me that it will take a week to get registered and then you'll be able to order your gift successfully but since then after repeated follow up with him and his senior Mr Rizwan, there has been no response from their side and now they are even not picking up my call. Also, on contacting the head office, I was assured a gift from Mr Madhav but it has been almost 2weeks and there is no response from him either after repeated follow up from my side.
