I have entered into an AMC with one of your service provider Reddy' Services and given a cheue of Rs. 4800/- to the attendant in Mar. 2015. After that no serivce is given till date even after reminding over SMS no. [protected]. After sending a written letter to the offices of Eureka Forbes in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, there was a call to me regarding providing one year service from Dec 2015. Do you agree with the fact that my money is utilised for 9 months without providing a single service. If nothing is heard within 2 days, grievance will be taken up with Consumer Forum.
