Eureka Forbes — Sensa water purifier not working | |||||
In Aug 2015, Pranjali Services (Aquaguard Service Centre) personnel came for routine servicing and the purifier overflowed damaging circuit. After multiple complaints registered and calls, they set it to perform as RO (and not full Sensa functionality). They have not yet replaced the circuitry despite multiple calls and complaints. Unit does not light up, keeps trying to pump even when no water supply. Is under continuous AMC since purchase. Now they a rediscovering calls and when it goes through promise tonattend it "tomorrow". Am totally frustrated. Posts on Eureka Forbes Facebook page also not responded to.
