[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Service boy came and spoiled my purifier | |||
I have bought aquaguard smart uv water purufier from eureka forbes. On 8th nov 2015 service boys came for free service of purifier, instead of service, they spoiled my working purifier, its not usable now bcz of leaking. I have raised a complaint to eureka forbes on 8th nov 2015. Complaint no : 84274372 They told within 24 hrs they will fix problem . But its been 5 days now and i have called nearly 15 times to customer care number [protected]. Every time they lie today only dey will fix . Nobody comes to fix. I have not seen company authorised service guys coming and spoiling working unit. Eureka forbes cheated me. And they are fooling me every day i call. Was this information helpful? | |||
