Complaint registered on 13th july 2017, no response till 17th. I have called back on 17th, 18th, 19th.. Only hollow promises. When and if a technician comes, how are you going to show your regret? Will the visit charge be waived? When the service industry world wide shows that they care by first compensating the customer for the trauma endured and then taking to task the people responsible, why are you still covering your backs and askng me to pay a visit charge when i have requested for an annual service contract?
