[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Service for aquaguard water purifier

Have moved house in december and despite repeated assurances am still awaiting re - installation and filter change for my water purifier. 1st complaint made in december. Thereafter got a new complaint number on 1st may as they were unable to find my complaint. Complaint number as of 1st may [protected]. Despite repeated follow ups and complaints every 2-3 days, there is no action from their end. A company of this stature and repute should not be allowed to get away with such poor customer service. They should spend less on advertising and more on back end for customer satisfaction. My family, friends and i will never purchase another product from this company again. Hope you'll can help resolve this.
