I have requested MArch 17 to replace my filters and it got solved on April 30 after multiple followups. And that service also poor he changed the filter on April30 and i got an issue on nextday it was having lekage and again i raised a complaint to rectify but service person vistied on April 4th afternoon .
And he metioned that Motor is spoiled you need to replace it eventhough we didnt used filter after internal candles are changed . The service was Very Very Poor and due to the pressure increased in the filter and motor got spoiled.
I was requested Service Person and Area head banu to replace motor or take away your filters and return my money (5200)which i paid for the Candles they are not aggreed or either they are not changing the motor because of the service i have lost my Aquaguard filter which was running perfect before the service was done .
Both are Area lead and Head are unpolite and they are asking to take AMC for 12 months even though service is very very Poor .and they are now a days lifes only we dont have gurantee we can assure on filter motors
I am looking for immediate traction on this Either i get refund on the filters or Motor should be replaced ASAP because i was struggling to get Mineral water from Last one month due to Service was not proper
