[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Service & Maintenance Contract | |||
My Self P.M Sukumaran. Me and My wife we bought a Water Purifier called Aqua Sure on 6/02/10 because my son was said it is good will get clean water blah blah blah. Since we bought the product we paying 3500 for service contract. for the period of 2011 to 2013 (THEERTHA SERVICE)we got service which we have to call them to remind for a service. later 2013 to 2016 we renewed the service contract because we do not have any other choice, after that when we had an issue with the purifier we keep on calling no one answers. later somebody said we are not dealing with EUREKA Forbes you have to contact some other people called FREDDY ENTERPRISES. since 2015 no one came for service and still we are calling them each and every time phone answering different people and nobody knows anything about our contract. now the contract expired on August. want to know who will help regarding this or this look like a petty issue ?
