I have raised a request for service of water purifier on 1st August 2022 but still not received service from the company. As per the company norms they promised to give service in 24 hours. Called up many a times on customer care and also escalated the issue but no success yet. They just say that technician will visit in 24 hrs but no one visits. My request is still open. My service request number CM[protected]. My place of residence is Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, updated the same with Eureka Forbes as well Kindly get this issue resolved asap Was this information helpful? No one has visited yet to my place for service from Eureka Forbes. I am still following up, received a call back as well to arrange technician in 24 hours but it still didn't happened. Also to add some customer care executive are not professional & do talk inappropriate. Kindly address this issue asap because even a time has value for all individuals. It's been 13 days now but no service provided
