I placed a service request on 18th Feb 2017 ([protected]) and till now it is not resolved. I purchased AMC online and placed request RO filter replacement and tap repair as it go broken. I am not able to use RO and so requested customer care to send someone urgently. I waited for 3 days there was no response. Then again on 22nd Feb I raised new request ([protected]), I was told RO will be serviced next day. I waited, raised new request on 23rd ([protected]) and then on 25th ([protected]). I got service manager number ([protected]). He assured it will be serviced soon. Later he stopped picking the phone. I don't know what to do now. Kindly refund my money.
PS: What I learned in this process that service managers and technicians will address complaint only if you pay them directly, otherwise paying for AMC is waste of time and money. Was this information helpful? |
