[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — service request # [protected] filter not working since 8 days

The request is raised since 14th and issue is not yet resolved. 3 Technicians have visited but no one could diagnose correct fault. Even damaged my machine with their trials. Email id is useless as no one responds there. Escalation site does not work. Customer care guys and local support teams are working in connivance. Requesting to please look into this issue urgently.
