I have opened service request to repair my AquaGuard somewhere 14th May 2022. But request has been attended on on 20th May and they said they need to replace PCB and come back next day. Next day they came and replaced PCB. But it didn't work and they said they need to replace some switches. They didn't turn up since. ALso they (technician) are not responding to the call.
We are facing lot of difficulties with out Aquaguard and we are depending on our neighbor for water.
Could you please help me to escalate this request to next level and get the things done at the earliest.
