[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Service Request No. 80192036 | |||
I purchased Eureka Forbes AquaSure RO+UV on 18th Jan 2015. On 6th Feb I realised that the water faucet is leaking. I raised a complain on 7th Feb 2015 - Request No. 80192036. Its 9 days today and no one has bothered to attend to the request. I have atleast called the Customer Service Centre 12 times and the agent is incapable of handling the request. Also, they do not escalate the call to the manager and say Manager is not available. I am seriously disappointed with AquaGaurd and now I am thinking I should have gone for Kent for Hindustan Lever purifiers. Can any of the deaf ears in Eureka Forbes pay attention to this issue asap.
