[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Service request not attended for 60 days

We registered a complaint with Eureka Forbes call centre on 29th Oct 2021, complaint id [protected] for euroclean iclean vacuum cleaner. Till date no one has bothered to look into the complaint raised inspite of my repeated attempts.All i am told is that somebody will be attending to the complaint as soon as possible.Its now 60 days since the complaint was raised.had i known that this is the kind of response an esteemed brand like Eureka Forbes gives i would have thought a hundred times before buying your product.To be honest you people are only bothered about selling your product and not about the after sale service . I must say Eureka Forbes SUCKS!!! To add to the incompetency of your brand what annoyed me even more was when i wanted to raise my complaint to a higher level by speaking to the area manager then one of the employees replied that the manager cannot come to the phone since he is on another call... In a world of fierce competition such a non competent service will surely harm your brand name, especially when there are many other branded vacuum cleaners available in the market now.Nevertheless i will never recommend your brand to anyone in future.

Finally we Called the Person Who has Sold the Product to us and he spoke to his senior officials and send a technician. He has resolved the Issue today after 75 days of Complaint registration...
Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
