[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — service request not attended for a month | |||||
I had purchased a water purifier from eureka forbes in june 2019. Product had issues on 10 sept 2019. I called them and placed a service request as the product is order warranty period. Till today, 3 oct 2019, i have complained to them at least 10-15 times and still no one has attended my service request despite their given time being two days, it's been a month and i am totally frustrated with their customer service despite having onsite warranty service currently. In between i even got an email saying that your issue has been resolved, but no one had ever contacted me and no one visited to even see the product. This is the level of worst customer service that i ever experienced. I want refund of my product as soon as possible. I don't want to use their product now and they are refusing for refund. This has given me much mental stress and my so much time has been wasted due to them. Please take some action against them, they are lieng to their customers.🙏🙏 Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had to spend my own money having it repaired despite the product being under warranty. Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Serviceman comes and changes cartridge several times.
Can't even drink plain water clean after spending so much?
