Eureka Forbes — Service request not attending

Water purifier not working. AMC upto dt. 07.06.24. Complaint lodged CM[protected] on 10.02.24 at 8.36 AM. After many calls vendor visited at 7.20 PM. Problem not resolved & informed will visit on 11.02.24. Today another person visited & said filters will be replaced at your cost. Why within 6 month change of filters at my cost, then why to bear hefty AMC cost. Talked to Mr Ajay Shekhawat [protected], an adamant person who did not agree to listen. Matter not resolved.
