Service Request number 82074383 19th June: I registered a service request via IVR as per my AMC. 20th June: Your technician Mr Vinay attended the request, cleaned the filter. When asked why the flow is less, he informed it will be all right after the 1st purification. 21st June: The product stops working. I call up customer care and register a complaint. 22nd June: After constant follow up with your call centre, Mr Vinay comes again. He was not able to find the fault and called up Mr Kishore. They seem to fix it at it started purifying. 23rd June: I noticed that the water from the out-led pipe is not stopping even after the water tank is full. Its not even stopping even if we cut off the power. I call up Mr Kishore again. He told me to stop the main tap and assured someone will attend it. 24th June: After repeated calls to Mr Kishore (mob: [protected]) he gave me Mr Vinay’s number [protected]. He was not available. Then I call up customer care again. They assure me an escalation has been made and they will attend to it ASAP. 25th June: I call up again and again to customer care. No resolution only ‘assurances’ that it will be resolved. 26th June: Morning I speak to Ms Maheshwari who committed to me she will call me back within 15 mins with the details. After waiting for more almost 1.5 hours I call up customer care again and Ms Dhanalakshmi made me talk to the floor supervisor Ms Supriya. She also assured me it will be done in a day. And she told me that she will be available on the floor in case I need to talk to her. 26th June Afternoon: I get a call from number [protected] at 1 PM and was told that by 4.30PM technician will visit my place. I waited till 5:30PM and call back to that number. One lady picks up and told my details has already been given to the technician and they will visit me today. Till 6:30 when no one comes, I call back to the number again and again and no one picks it up. 26th June Evening: I call up customer care again and was flatly denied my request to talk to Supriya. Then I was given Mr Kishan Kumar’s number [protected] and was assured he will surely attend the call and explain me the details. When I called the number was switched off ! I call back customer care again and was given Mr Ramesh number [protected] and was told by executive Mr Tarkash ( I am not sure how to spell it) that Mr Ramesh will definitely attend my call. He even told me “ If the number doesn’t work not call us back and we will take care”. All incoming calls were barred in this number. I call up customer care again and the told by 27th June Morning 1st half it will be attended. Now my question to you is have I done a crime by choosing Eureka Forbes ? When a sales request is made its attended in hours. And when a complaint is made this is how the customer gets treated? Its drinking water, and I have been denied the basic right to drink purified water even if I pay for it. Pathetic service centre and customer care who doesn’t even have correct mobile number or the assigned person like Mr Kishan Kumar and Mr Ramesh not doing there jobs. I have spend a good amount of money in making these calls already and don’t know how much more I need to spend. Leave aside the waste of time and mental agony.
