Eureka Forbes — Service under AMC is pathetic

I have bought water purifier from Eureka forbes
Dr. Aquaguard Classic+

Despite of buying an AMC no prompt service is given by company.

I have escalated the request many times but still no response.

I believe its total harassment of customer after buying AMC and not reponding to service calls
