Sir,
I am your customer presently residing at kakinada andhra pradesh,
I am sorry to say your service dealer located at (Ashok nagar) services are very bad,
This is the third time i am facing problem for service.
Monday morning gave a complaint to the service center bearing the land line no [protected], complaint received by mr. Mohan whose mobile no.[protected].
Till date complaint was not attended & no one lifting the phones,
During free service time also same mr. Mohan left without doing service & insisted for one year amc for rs 2000-00, amc also taken three months back, now my water purifier uv classic not working.
I request your kind authority to look into the matter.
