Sir, I have Aquagaurd Eureka forbes classic installed. I am not satisfied by the services provided by your company due to the following reasons 1. regular 6 monthly services not provided till now 2. there was a problem with Aquagaurd, on complaint the technicians arrived after 2days even after repeated telephonic reminders I am a senior citizen living alone with my wife, due to these reasons it has caused great inconvenience and stress of non availability of safe drinking water for 2 days.
