I purchased a RoboVac and on 04 May 2021 i lodged a service request stating that the lid of the RoboVac has got stuck and is not opening. The issue is still pending despite passage of four months. The technician who examined it says the parts have not fetched yet. This is the standard answer for past four months. Off late i am getting calls from Eureka Forbes asking me to close the complaint and register a fresh complaint else they will not send the technician to repair the equipment as my complaint is very old.
