Since aug-2017 eureka forbes were not able resolve the re-installation request for the aquavasure expert ro water purifier system. With multiple calls to customer care support, only end up getting false promises. I had requested for the reinstallation and fixing water purifier issue, they could not find a time to reinstall and fix the water leaking/over flow issue.
Disgusting support system from eureka forbs.in spite of repeated calls to customer care, they were not able to complete the re-installation work. Since we moved to the new house, we are forced to buy bottle water inspire of having ro purifier system.
This is my final effort before disposing aquasure expert ro system my our house.
We had taken amc, they could fix the minimal request. Now we started getting sms for amc renewal from aquavasure/ eureka forbs.
I don’t know what say for this kind of shabby customer support. I am appealing eureka forbs to refund my amc and product paid rs 18500/-, vide bill no : 40581.
Enough is enough of waiting.
