Dear Sir/Madam
This is to bring to your kind notice that the above said product doesn't work properly with lot of complaints and it is not up to the expectations. Iam VERY VERY SORRY to inform you that I raised a complaint on[protected] regarding poor performance of water filtering.
This is to bring to your kind attention that your service technician called upon me visited to our place and tested the product and suggested to replace the filters (which are damaged with in 7 months of product's purchase) as early as possible and as the product is in warranty period. The same was explained to the customer care team and requested to replace the filters at fee of cost and the case was not considered by your customer service team. I keep on raising my concern to your team and at last guy named Nizam assured me that he is going to forward my case to high officials by email. and afer 2 or 3 days he responded that the filters will be replaced at free. and accepted to send the device technician to my place.
After 2 days service technician called me and visited my place but he refused to replace the filters at free of cost.
In this regard I remain complaining to customer care team again but the problem was not at all solved since one month.
I also want to bring to your notice that the service technicians over here (Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh) are not at all work efficient which very bad on customers point of view.
I would be grateful if you could solve the problem which is pending for more than one month.
