Can anybody in the company closely follow-up till this issue is closed ?
I am struggling to get 2nd service (Candle replacement) covered under amc. Amc was taken in july 2015 and second service was due in january 2016. I am following up since january 2016.
Now we are in may and the 3rd service will be due shortly in 2-3 months. Before that, can you guys complete 2nd service ?????
I can't write any more on this.
Amc is for 3 years, that means 5 more services have to be done in the coming months/years. If this issue repeats in every service,
It is better to buy a new product from other brand instead of scratching my head like this.
