I undersigned has purchased a aqua guard machine customer code [protected] on 15th october 2015. The same was installed about 8 days later 1. machine stopped working on 28th march 2. pcb board changed on 2nd april. 3. i demanded a service report of repairs - same not given by technician ganesh gaud 4. servicing of six months was due after 15th april 2016 - not done 5. machine stopped working on 15.7.2016 6. technician ganesh gaud attended & said part has to be changed. 7. i have demanded a service report & he is not ready to give it to me 8. on 20th july made another complaint - no response till date. 9. why service reports are not given by company? Date details remarks 15.10.2015 date of purchase aqua guard [protected] customer code 28.3.2016 aqua guard not working – made a complaint [protected] service request 28.3.2016 technician ganesh gaud came at 3 pm & said that dcp circuit needs to be changed 29.3.2016 no response 30.3.2016 no response 86385374 service request 1.4.2016 no response 2.4.2016 board changed by technician ganesh gaud no service report given After 15.4 2016 servicing due servicing not done 15.7.2016 aqua guard not working – made a complaint [protected] 16.7.2016 technician ganesh gaud came & said a part needs to be changed 18.7.2016 technician ganesh gaud came i asked what the problem was? & i need a earlier service report also. refused to give. 18.7.2016 spoke to mr mali & tariq & told grievance No response 19.7.2016 no response 20.7.2016 phone number - 011 –[protected] contacted complaint no[protected] 21.7.2016 no response 22.7.2016 no response 23.7.2016 no response 24.7.2016 no response 25.7.2016 called up at phone number - 011 –[protected]for follow up follow up number 96207990 25.7.2016 mail sent to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com Dr nilima vaidya Mumbai [protected]@yahoo.com Was this information helpful? | |||
