Last month purchased water purifier for home. It was delivered
to my home and cheque collected later by your rep. Product is faulty and
leakage. Your rep cheated me by giving fake promise that he will replace
it however later he disappeared and did not turn up.
I am very sad and unhappy because of false information and
promise given by your rep that he do replacement.
Kindly get your product back. I do not want faulty product on
day one at my home.
Take strict action on your rep who is not responding after my
many call to him.
