I have purchased a new classic water purifier in end of October. its power switch got complaint and leakage from back side and front of the out let from the next day onwards.
I have called the sales executive who placed it.he told he will make it correct.thereafter no response and i called customer care and registered a complaint.
i didn't get any service, again i complained several times to sales executive.Yesteday technician came and found that complaint is for switch.
The sales executive informed me as its having one year replacement warranty.
I asked fro replacement and they are telling its no possible.
