Eureka Forbes — The New Eureka Forbes water purifier not working and I want to return them and expecting money back from Eureka Forbes

I bought a Eureka Forbes water purifier from Modren Electronics, Vishrantwadi, Pune. The product is the worst as hardly it works. It works for 2 days and net day it stops working. Please I request the Eureka Forbes to take away that product and return the Rs 11800 that I spent on purchasing this water purifier.
