The after sales services is very poor. We kept on calling the customer service and registered a complaint and further escalated but nobody has bothered to respond to the concern. The purifier started getting problem within a month and it is still not working. It is the worst product, I have bought till now. The company is cheating there consumers and they are intentionally doing it.

The issue is not resolved till now. Please take necessary action.
