Eureka Forbes — To replace defective motor of vacuum cleaner.

Sir My Eureka forbes vaccuum cleaner was making loud noise. So I raised a request to repair it. One Eureka forbes representative shri Parasu came from Hubli and replaced the motor with new one on[protected] and charged me Rs 3225. On[protected], it was holiday for me so I started cleaning my home using vacuum cleaner. Within 30 minutes, the motor of vacuum cleaner stopped working. Now the vacuum cleaner is not working. I called Parasu and explained the problem. He told motor is under six month warranty and he will come and replace with new one. But he did not come. I raised complaint with Eureka forbes. But they are not responding.
