Sir,
On 27/08/16 we get first service, mr. Bablu mondal ([protected]) came and service all issue, after six month latter we face problem on filter then we call the customer care but they not send any man for service. We call again then a man visit our home and say for three year insurance and etc. And say for charges.
I said that man, my problem was that why should i pay when i call customer care 1st time on my warranty period.
The technician say that he don't know about that then we talk to her senior and the senior say that the will take an action for that. But this man take no action
Again i call customer care and similarly this new technician say again for 3 year insurance.
We bye product from aditto ([protected]) from pujali, budge budge,
From 2nd service adittio constantly not replying our calls
