[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — unprofessional and rude behaviour | |||
I want to register a complaint against eureka forbes staff's unprofessional and rude behaviour, we are exhausted requesting them to do servicing of our eureka forbes aquaguard water purifier but they are not ready to listen instead they are pressurising and forcing us to subscribe to their yearly service contract of 5000k which we subscribed last year but they only provided service only once, so taking lesson from that we are not subscribing this time but they are refusing to give paid service without contract and we don't know what to do now.
