[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Unprofessional Installation and replacement

I had booked a Enhance UV filter of EUREKA FORBES. These are the series of events which have been the cause o[censored]nnecessary tension to a ordinary customer: 1. I was not informed at the time of booking that the product will be delivered by courier. Very conviniently forgotten by salesman Mr. Atul Dubey of Goregaon Branch reporting to some MR. Mishra. 2. The next few days the salesman does a vanishing cum not answering calls act to send someone to install it. 3.Bingo! Fianlly a plumber finally arrives, does a shoddy job of installing after taking 1 1/2 hour, promptly damaging the product in the bargain (and again very conviniently not telling me), doing a salesman act too of trying to sell a fire extinguisher to me and convincing me to buy a plastic cover for the purifier ( which I did for rs. 280/-...idiotic of me!) and also disappears. And henceforth also does a disappearing not answering call act! ( Training given by Eureka Forbes?) 4. Cut 2...the next day the salesman does his now Appearing act (ofcourse he had to...because he now needs the full payment for the product) wants to inspect the product...which he does...and hellooo...what do we have? A profusely leaking water purifier which is pouring away merrily as if it is filling water for the whole building in one flat!! Me, very intelligently (or stupid to have trusted this brand!) drives him away saying no payment ...get this thing out first. 5. Today, after more than 50 calls to customer service desks, supervisors of all stages, the missing vanishing salesman, retelling my story (like a Ramayan) again and again and again to all of them, arguing endlessly explaining a simple sentence - (TAKE IT AWAY AND REFUND) am still standing with a damaged product waiting for someone to come pick it up. A movie played over and over and over again since past 5 days. Box office hit hai! Now what about Me? THANKFULLY poorer by ONLY RS. 1280/- GOD IS GREAT!
