[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Unresolved problem in spite of regular follow up.. Poor service

This is further to the complaint no 88491103 lodged two days back for fixing ro stand. The stand which is provided by the company with the ro is not strong enough to hold it on the wall. It has fallen down causing some breakage of few household items, it can surely cause any kind of loss in future if it not fixed properly again with the appropriate stand which can be fixed to the wall. After calls to sales dept. (Mr. Jitendra, lajpat nagar, delhi) has vited our place and ensured that the problem shall be taken care of, however he has stopped picking up calls without solving the problem. Customer care executives are always busy and inspite of keeping on hold for 15 min there is no reponce. It is very sad to know the companies like eureka forbes have the most pathetic services.
