[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Untrained service guy has led us to struggle with the filling the water | |||||
User of "DR.AQUAGURAD :CALLSIC +". Today, a service guy from your company came for the last service and fixed the water force problem we have been suffering for since we have purchased the machine. The machine was bought a year back.(While, the prior service guy has made us believe that we need a pump. But we have never faced problems with our previous water-purifiers. We have lodged complaints at eureka forbes many times). Many a times a 1 litre bottle has filled in 30mins. I have suffered from this for months due to faulty fixtures and after a year the service guy (today :08/07/2017)cleant one of the pumps and it was resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||||
