The Water Purifier has not been working for more than 45 days. The product is under AMC.
After multiple complaints through phone and emails. No proper resolution was provided by the company's customer care and service provider.
When I last spoke to a customer care person (Sushmita) today. Her words" We can not provide any resolution, you have to wait and adjust at your end"
Please review my calls with customer care for proper resolution. She said we are helpless and cannot provide any resolution. You are free to file a legal complaint.

I would like to mention here that it is really mental harassment for customers. I am spending my daily time writing emails and calling customer care everyday.
Also, every day, I have to purchase unhealthy water from the market, which may cost too much for me. Also causes health issues like throat inspection, etc.
No one is able to resolve my issues.
Machine Cost is 20000 Rs.
AMC Cost: 5699 Rs.
Water Expenditure every day 200 RS (Till Date around 7000 Rs)
Why does a customer always have to suffer? Who will pay the lawyer fee? Spending too much time and money.
Please suggest what to do? Now I am going to publish all these on social media platforms, consumer court wherever possible.
