[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — uv chamber and ldr is missing pump is sounding too loud

I purchased aquaguard magna hd ro+uv on 28 december 2016 by your authorised dealer in my city.. I paid 18490 for my aquaguard magna hd ro+uv.. After 8 month a green light is start burning in spite of blue i called the authorised aquaguard technician for solving the problem. When he opened my aquaguard magna then he find that my uv chamber is missing ldr which is inside the water tank is also missing sv is not working well.. He solve the green light problem by resetting the system and said that i was cheated by the authorised aquaguard dealer from where i purchased it.. I asked him how to solve my problem he gave me a number of mr sourav who is head of him. I call mr sourav who gave me number of cgl of my area mr shashi srivastava.. I call him he told me to wait for 2 days and after 2 days he call me and said that it was my mistake that i purchased from an authorised aquaguard dealer.. I am totally upset with.. I send mail to eureka forbes two times but not get good response i was cheated by the authorised aquaguard dealer.. Please help me to solve my problem..

Updated by Happy_abhi 142 hours passed I get only a call from Aquaguard head of varanasi region and nothing else... I thing this type of solution Eureka Forbes gives to their consumers who do cheated by an authorised Eureka Forbes dealer.. Consumer forum plateform is not good enough to provide me justice against the fraud done by Eureka Forbes.

Eureka Forbes done nothing against my complain. I thing whole Eureka Forbes team waiting for to expire My Aquaguard Magna warranty period after that they raised their hand against my complain...
I thing Eureka Forbes company remove several parts of their water purifier and sell them for making more profits.. Local water purifier companies are very good compare to Eureka Forbes.. i have only one thing to say about Eureka Forbes " Naam bade aur Darshan chote"... Thanks Eureka Forbes kent is way better than you

I thing i have to go for manual case file against this fraud done by Eureka Forbes sales team to me... And i am going to include each and every person involved in this matter... For fraud and harrassment because i am disturb while calling lots of person working in Eureka Forbes...

Updated by Happy_abhi It is very shameful for consumer forum plateform to hear that i raised voice against the fraud done to me by Eureka Forbes is still exists and nothing happened against my complain.. last time on 09 December 2017 Aquaguard sales head MR. Shashi Srivastava give me assurance that within 3-4 days my problem will be solved.. But yet nothing is done by Sales head varanasi region MR shashi Srivastava.. first time i complain against any fraud by the company but i thing consumer forum plateform is not able to provide me justice against the fraud done by Eureka Forbes..

First service request number in September..
Second service request number given by Eureka Forbes is[protected] on 4 November 2017..
Third service request number given by Eureka Forbes is [protected] on 22 November 2017..
Today i got fourth service request number by Eureka Forbes is [protected]..
Such a rubbish.. Eureka Forbes gives me only service request number only not more than that..
