I wanted to replace my candles o[censored]v+ro water purifier. With previous bad experience with service technicians, i wanted to know upfront about the charges.

The customer service is flat denying to provide any quote. How can you provide a service and don't know the cost. At least you can direct me your area service provider or say that you source the information from right people.

I think, this whole servicing business is cheating. The service technician charge random amount for sub par service.
