[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Vaccum Cleaner not rectified since 5 months of complaint - please refund my amount | |||
Product : Forbes Trendy Steel V/C Date of purchase :[protected] Place of purchase : Ambica Electronics, Swaminarayan Nagar, New chhani rd, Vadodara Invoice No: 2265 Problem: Machine not working Complaint registered on 20th May'14 at Ambica Electronics. After many follow ups first inspection done on 28th June'14. Since then many follow ups done but no response and no rectification work done. My machine is under the warranty period and the company has taken the full amount of the machine. So why should I not get the service.It has been 5 months now and this is very high limit of patience. I would never recommend anybody to buy a Eureka Forbes product. I request you to take away your machine and refund my amount paid for the machine during my purchase.
