[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Vacuum Cleaner defect | |||
Hi Eureka Forbes. I have bought new vacuum cleaner I clean model 20 days back. I found one accessorie (all surface cleaner) was damaged and request for replacement. but till now no one attended this issue. Also, the sales person said i[censored] pay payment in cashless mode; you will be provided compliment of 2000 worth gift watch. I have not got that yet. I have raised request and due to gst upgradation your customer service person not provided the complaint number. kindly resolve this issue asap.
