I have raised a complaint on 21st march regarding my vacuum cleaner when i felt the burning smell when switch on the device. After 10 days a technician visited my place and said motor has gone. Its a 3 yrs old product (fed up see the quality of the product). He said motor stock is not available (fed up with the availability of spares). He ordered the motor, but till now i didn't received any call or update. When ever i call customer care, they are saying the same story that "Give me a last chance sir we will send the technician tomorrow". So many tomorrows gone. But, the issue is not resolved.
