Bought Vacuum Cleaner from Eureka Forbes site on 7th September, Full amount paid through Credit Card, was supposed to deliver on 11th September, no update about delivery since then, after frequent calls to customer care. i mailed to them for cancellation on 16th September, got reply that order cancelled and refund will be within 7 working days. I've been following up with them through mail, twitter, calls, every time they say wait wait be patience but not transferring my amount. It's been one month they are just passing time and not refunding my amount.
