Eureka Forbes — Vacuum Cleaner not working properly

With my hard earned money, I bought a Trendy Steel Vacuum cleaner few months back. It is still in warranty. I used it twice but now the suction power is less. I complained to the helpline and a person Harish checked and told that the hose pipe needs to be changed. After that since 2 months, every time I call him, he says that the hose pipe has not yet come.I am tired of calling up the helpline again and again and complaining. I can't even vacuum my house due to this. The first two times when I called the helpline, they never gave a complaint number. Next time, I asked them to share the complaint no. It is 80836180. Like this, the warranty will expire and then these people will be interested to service as they will get money.They are cheating gullible people with no after sales service. I request people to not buy such products.
