I am Deepak Thakur from Pune. I am trying to reach a sensible person from Eureka Forbes for repairing my vacuum cleaner since 4 months, yes FOUR months.
Today a person (after 4 months of followup) visited my house and gave me expert advice that your motor is damaged and needs to be repaired. Exactly same thing I am telling Eureka Forbes from last 4 months.
He said that it will take one week to get the motor. This is too much. How is such a big company managed? I would like to tell you that you are LOOSING a big business (of repairs) by NOT catering properly.
Also, I and any other sensible person would NOT recommend Eureka Forbes products after such instances of delays.
