Eureka Forbes — Very bad customer service support

The adaptor of our aquaguard water purifier is not working, they said it will be replaced by 4th april 2022 .Today is 9th april and they have not even replaced it and also we are trying to reach them, we are unable to contact with them . I would never make my mind to buy Eureka Forbes' product .
