[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — very poor amc service for water purifier | |||
I am using enhance ro water purifier for past several years. A technician came on 30 march, 2019 to replace filters as per amc. Soon after the technician left, we noticed water leakage at the inlet to water purifier system. I called up the technician and with 2 days attempt, a temporary solution was given although leakage didn't stop. As per the technician, the installation was done wrongly, although the system was under amc since i purchased it. I even agreed to install it properly with additional kit on my own cost. But, unfortunately, that didn't happen so far. I raised a new complaint to resolve this. I don't have much confidence on eureka forbes service centre. My customer id is [protected].
