[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Very poor service especially during AMC | |||||
I am using i-Nova since last 9 years and it is under AMC. Earlier the service was ok. Last year I shifted to Kopar Khairne, Navi Mumbai and after that I am struggling to get proper service. In Jan, I called up and ask them to change the candle as per the AMC. After a lot of fight (on phone) the person came and told me that they don't have candle available in stock. He will come again after 15 days and will change the candle. He just cleaned the machine and went. The entire process took around 3 weeks. In July/Aug, I again called up and ask them to change the candle. Again the exp was horrible. I shouted many times to the customer care people. After a long fight the person came and changed the candle. The entire process took more than a month. Couple of days back, I have given a request to clean the machine. I am sure it will take another one month to resolve the issue. My AMC will get over in Jan 2016 and I already have got a call to renew... Was this information helpful? | |||||
