[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Very very poor after sales service | |||||
I have purchased online dr. Aquaguard megna hd uv ro on 28.12.15. The item was delivered on 01.01.16; however no one from the eureka forbes company has come to install the unit till date that is even after 10 days. The response from the call centre is sterotype saying that sorry for the inconvenience and the unit will be installed within 24 hours. Already 240 hours passed but the eureka forbes is not bothered baout customer like me; why should they be? they already got the payment, i made my biggest mistake ordering this item online! my mobile # [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jan 29, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Yes, after a fortnight the technician came and installed the product. They were calling and assuring that they will send the technician but failed to do so. then I personally visited nearest Udupi Branch (even though I had purchased online) and requested them for help; then they spoke to their bangalore regional office and resolved my problem. Thank for your intervention. Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
