[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Very very worst customer service - aquaguard fresh installation pending more than a week | |||||
Im from chennai. I have purchased Aquaguard Enhance RO+UV from Army Canteen, Chennai last Monday (May 15th, 2017). I have called their customer support on May 15th, 2017 itself. They registered request and they have told me that technician will call me with in two working days. It has been more than a week, Im calling their customer support daily. They keep on telling same answer for every day that technician will come EOD today. I have esclated this to their manager also, he also giving same reply. This is very very worst customer support. I have ever received. If any one want to purchase aquaguard/Eureka Forbes's products, please consider that you wont get technical/customer support. Was this information helpful? | |||||
